Sally Johnson

Chief People Officer

Sally Johnson has served as our chief people officer since April 2022. Ms. Johnson has extensive experience across HR functions throughout her career. Prior to joining Ribon, Ms. Johnson spent 7 years at the Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research where she led HR business partner teams for several functions and led initiatives around Talent Development, high performing teams among others. Prior to this, she served in a variety of HR roles of increasing responsibility at EMD Millipore (now MilliporeSigma), the life sciences industry arm of Merck KGaA, Mercer, a global professional consulting firm and Liberty Mutual.

Ms. Johnson received her Bachelor of Arts in French from the University of Liverpool.
